摘　　要：目的了解兰州市男男性接触者(MSM)艾滋病知识知晓率及性行为危险性。方法采用全球基金艾滋病项目统一设计的调查问卷,对263名MSM进行匿名调查。结果最近6个月内,有201例(76.43%)与男性发生过性行为,74例(28.14%)与女性发生过性关系。除了与女性发生性行为时安全套使用率较高外,其余使用率都很低。调查者中H IV阳性2例,梅毒阳性9例。结论MSM是艾滋病传播的高危人群,应加大对这一人群的健康教育,采取适宜且实用的措施进行干预,以有效控制艾滋病、性病在这一人群中的传播与流行。Objective To survey the AIDS knowledge knowing-rate and risk sex behavior among MSM （the men who have sex with men） in Lanzhou. Methods By using questionair survey that designed by global fund AIDS program,263 MSM were sur- veyed anonymously. Results Within the nearest six months,201 （76.43%） of MSM had unprotected anus intercourse with male sex partners. 74（28.1% ） had intercourse with female partners. Condom use rate with their male sex partners were very low,except with their female sex partners. The infection rates of HIV and SY were 0.76 % （2/263） and 3.42 % （9/263） respectively. Con- dusion MSM are high-risk population to propagate AIDS. We should strengthen health education and increase knowledge know- ing-rate of AIDS and SY for MSM and the consciousness of preventing and protecting themselves. With corresponding measure for behavioral interventions ,propagating and wide spreading of AIDS and STD will be disrupted in MSM.
