摘 要:目的:了解福建省霍乱弧菌流行菌型特征,为控制传染来源提供科学依据。方法:采用血清学分型法、噬菌体-生物分型法及PFGE(脉冲场凝胶电泳)分型法对2005年霍乱疫情中不同来源的142株霍乱弧菌进行分型分析。结果:142株霍乱弧菌血清学、噬菌体-生物分型结果:流行株124株中O1群埃尔托稻叶1d型占95.16%(118/124株);其余菌株为6型以上非流行株。70株霍乱弧菌PFGE分型结果呈现3大类8种带型。结论:2005年霍乱疫情期间患者菌株与福州市闽江水系分离株菌型一致,表明具有高度同源性,而与市场水产品不相关。流行菌型更换而出现的埃尔托稻叶1d型,提示福建省今后仍有发生霍乱流行的可能。Objective:To explore the characteristics of epidemic isolates from cholera outbreaks in Fujian province in 2005 to confirm the origin of each outbreak. Methods: A total of 142 vibrio choleras strains collected from outbreaks in Fujian in 2005 were analyzed by serotyping, phage - biotyping and Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE). Results: Based on serotyping and phage -biotyping results, 124 strains of the 142 isolates belonged to El Tor vibrio cholerae(EVC) group O1, Inaba, with a dominant subtype ld of 95. 16% (118/124). The other strains were from non - epidemic subtype 6 or subtypes greater than 6. The PFGE results of 70 strains revealed 3 groups with 8 PFGE types. Conclusion:The isolates from patients during cholear outbreaks in 2005 are identical to those from Minjiang River in Fuzhou, irrelevant to the sea food on the market. The reemerging of subtype Inaba - ld suggests that cholera outbreaks are possibly to occur in Fujian Province in the future.
