摘  要:目的:观察二氧化氯(C lO2)对坑道空气的消毒效果,为坑道科学管理提供依据。方法:用撞击法监测C lO2消毒前后细菌总数及真菌数,计算杀菌效果。结果:10 mg/m3消毒剂量作用30 min,监测细菌总数消亡率为94.6%,真菌数消亡率为92.1%。5 mg/m3消毒剂量细菌总数及真菌数消亡率为69.5%和73.3%。结论:用活化后C lO2以1000 mg/L浓度,10 ml/m3对坑道空气喷雾消毒,作用30 min杀菌效果好。Objective:To find out the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide on the air in tunnel. Methods:The total bacterial count and mycetes in the air were monitored before and after using chlorine dioxide by the method of knocking - on. Results: When sterilized in 10 mg/m^3 for 30 min,the dissolution ratio of total bacterial count was 94. 6% while mycetes was 92. 1% using the method of knocking- on. While sterilized in finialcon -centration of 5 mg/m^3, the dissolution ratio of total bacterial count and mycetes was 69. 5% to 73.3%. Conclusion:The effect of the air sterilization in tunnel using active 1000 mg/L chlorine dioxide in final final concentration of 10 mL/m^3 for 30 rnin is good.
