摘  要:在Sn-Zn合金中添加Bi,就Bi含量对低熔点合金的熔点、组织、耐磨性、合金收缩率和刻痕硬度的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,添加Bi后,Sn-Zn-Bi合金的组织变细、刻痕硬度变高、收缩率降低、耐磨性有较大的提高。在本实验条件下,当添加Bi分别为4.76和8.26,合金的熔点由202℃分别下降到194℃和185℃,收缩率由原来的3.4685%下降到1.1675%和1.0350%,耐磨性分别提高了24%和42%,为简易模具材料的选择提供了实验依据。The element Bi was added to Sn-Zn alloy, the effects of Bi content on melting point, microstructure, wear resistance, contract rate and carve hardness were researched. The experimental results indicate that, after adding Bi, the microstructure becomes fine, the carve hardness and the wear resistance increase and the contract rate decreases. According to the test results, the melting point changes from 202 to 194℃ and 185℃, the contract rate changes from 3.4685% to 1, 1675% and 1,0350%, when adding Bi is 4.76% and 8,26%, respectively, The wear resistance increases to 24% and 42%, respectively. This can be the fundamental for selecting the low melting mould materials.
