摘　　要：介绍了钢厂热轧污泥的组成、特点及热轧污泥处理系统的设计、设备选型及调试运行情况。长期运行实践表明,以全自动悬梁式板框压滤机为主体设备的热轧污泥重力浓缩、加药调理、机械脱水处理工艺系统运行稳定,污泥脱水效果良好,泥饼含固率>70%且成型较好。The composition and characteristics of the hot rolling sludge in a steel plant as well as the design, equipment selection and debugging of the hot rolling sludge treatment system were introduced. The hot rolling sludge treatment process consists of gravitational thickening, chemical conditioning and mechanical dewatering using an overhead-style automatic plate and frame filter press. The long-term operation results indicate that the process is stable in operation and good in sludge dewatering. The sludge cake forming is good with solid content of greater than 70%.
