摘　　要：[目的]探讨家庭护理干预对提高乳腺癌根治术后病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将80例乳腺癌根治术后病人随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组按常规进行复查,干预组在此基础上由专业护士以电话访问及上门家访形式进行家庭护理干预。干预前后分别用综合生活质量评定问卷(GQOLI)测评病人的生活质量。[结果]干预组干预后病人生活质量高于干预前(P<0.05),亦高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]家庭护理干预能有效地提高乳腺癌根治术后病人的生活质量。Objective： To probe into the influence of family nursing intervention to enhance quality of life for breast cancer patients undergoing radical correction. Methods： A total of 80 breast cancer patients undergoing radical correction were randomly divided into intervention and control group. Patients of control group were rechecked as in routine. Patients of intervention group were given family nursing intervention including followup via telephone or home visit by professional nurses. The quality of life of all patients was assessed with general quality of life inventory （GQOLI） before and after intervention respectively. Results： The quality of life of intervention group cases after undergoing intervention was better than that of before intervention （P 〈 0.05）, and better than that of control group cases （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） as well. Conclusion： Family nursing intervention can effectively enhance the quality of life of postoperative breast cancer patients after undergoing radical correction.
