摘　　要：目的:探讨在机械通气患者中如何应用舒适护理减轻疼痛和不适。方法:对33例机械通气患者在整体护理中运用舒适护理,并评价其效果。结果:33例患者在生理、心理、社会及灵魂4个方面均得到改善,出院满意度调查为97.0%。结论:舒适护理在机械通气患者中的应用提高了护理服务质量,体现了"以人为本,以患者为中心"的现代护理理念。Objective：To explore how to apply comfortable care on patients with mechanical ventilation in order to decrease pain and discomfort. Methods：33 patients with mechanical ventilation were applied with comfortable care and the effect was evaluated. Results：The physical, psychological, social and spirit aspects of 33 patients were improved. Conclusion：Comfortable care can improve the nursing service quality of patients with mechanical ventilation and can embody the concept of ＂human-centered and patient-centered＂.
