摘　　要：报告1例B型色素性分界线。患者女,51岁。双下肢屈内侧从臀部至踝部渐出现连续性褐色条带11个月,无自觉症状,带宽7～20cm,患者14个月前停经。否认长期服药及家族中有类似病史。性激素水平检测发现雌二醇(E2)明显降低,促卵泡激素(FSH)显著增加,随访13个月后色素条带逐渐消退,复查E2和FSH已接近正常水平。该例B型色素性分界线的形成可能与绝经期性激素水平紊乱相关。A case of pigmentary demarcation lines （PDL）type B is reported, a 51-year-old female with PDL type B for 11 months after her menopause for a duration 3 months. The lines were dark, 7 to 20 cm in width. She had no history of taking medicine for a long time and no family history of PDL. The examination of sex hormones showed low titers of estradiol （E2） and a high levelmonths of follow-up, meanwhile, the abnormal titers of sex hormones returned nearly to normal limits. It is suggested that the onset of PDL Type B may be linked to the abnormal levels of sex hormones.
