下肢象皮肿溃疡继发鳞状细胞癌

摘　　要：报告1例下肢象皮肿溃疡继发鳞状细胞癌。患者女,65岁。双下肢肿胀、皮肤增厚60年,左踝出现溃疡21年。溃疡处皮肤组织病理检查:真皮中可见大量鳞状细胞团块,细胞有异形性,核深染,见核分裂相,可见瘤巨细胞。免疫组化染色:CK(+++)。诊断为皮肤鳞状细胞癌。A case of lower limb elephantiasis accompanied by canceration is reported. A 65-year-old woman presented with swelling and thickening of the skin of lower limbs for 60 years, and ulcer of the left ankle for 21 years. Histopathology of the ulcer revealed large amount of masses of squamous cells, atypical squamous cells, nuclear hyperchromasia, atypical mitotic figures and giant tumor cells. Immunohistochemistry showed CK was strongly positive. The diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma was established.
