摘　　要：公益讲座是图书馆对外服务中参与者最多的活动之一,受到广泛的关注和欢迎。从构建公共文化服务体系的角度论述了图书馆举办公益讲座的社会效益,指出公益讲座在传播先进文化、拓展教育功能、实现平等服务以及促进社会和谐等方面起到了积极的作用,它是公共图书馆参与构建公共文化服务体系的有效方式。同时提出了公益讲座在构建公共文化服务体系建设中的发展对策。In a public library, public lecture is one of the activities in which many readers take part in, so it is very popular among the public. The paper aims to discuss the social benefit of the public lecture, disclosing that it plays an active role in the cultural transmission, expansion of educational function, realization of equal service, and promotion of social harmony, and indicating that for a public library, the public lecture is an effective way to construct a public cultural service system, and it has its own development strategy in the construction.
