摘  要:研究了不同种类、不同含量成核剂和压力释放速率、振幅、频率等工艺参数对聚苯乙烯(PS)泡孔形态的影响。结果表明,加入一定量碳酸钙、滑石粉、铁粉、镁铝水滑石和聚二甲基硅氧烷橡胶(PDMS)均能较好地增大泡孔密度、减小泡孔直径,而碳粉对泡孔结构影响不大;成核剂含量有一个最佳值;系统压力释放速率的增大有利于泡孔形态;振动力场的引入改善了气泡的形态。The effect of nucleating agents type, content of some nucleating agents, processing parameters, such as the speed of press release, the vibration amplitude and frequency, on cell morphology of polystyrene(PS) foam was researched. The results show that with addition of Mg-Al hydrotalcite, polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS), CaCO3, talcum powder and iron particles, the samples have larger cell density and much smaller cell size than ones without nucleating agents. The addition of carbon black has no statistically significant effect on the structure of cells produced. Nucleating agents has an optimum content. The more the press-releasing speed is, the better the morphological property of foam is. The vibrating force field can promote the foaming.
