摘  要:综述了碳酸钙的表面处理方法和表面处理过的碳酸钙在聚丙烯中的应用。碳酸钙表面处理方法包括非离子改性剂、超分散剂、三官能团有机改性剂、稀土类物质、复合改性剂和原位聚合物表面处理。表面处理改善了碳酸钙的表面性能,提高了与聚丙烯的相容性,同时也促进了聚丙烯中β晶型的生成,改善了聚丙烯/碳酸钙复合材料的力学性能、结晶性能和耐热性能。The surface treatment methods for calcium carbonate and their application in poly- propylene were reviewed. The surface treatment agents included nonionic modifier, hyper-dispersant, tri-functional modifier, the rare earth material, combined surface-treating agents and the in-situ polymer. The surface properties of the surface treated calcium carbonate were improved as well as their compatibility with polypropylene. The β-crystalline form polypropylene were produced and the mechanical properties, the crystallization and the heat resistance of polypropylene/calcium carbonate composite were improved by the surface treated calcium carbonate.
