摘 要:介绍了采用原子吸收光谱法测定磁性材料中微量铬和镍的分析方法,对样品溶解介质和共存元素干扰进行了试验,优化了测定条件,样品分析结果与ICP-AES法分析数据进行了对照,相对标准偏差小于7.5%,铬和镍加入回收率在93.3%-110%之间,分析结果表明此法快速、准确、可行。A method for the determination of Cr and Ni in magnetism material has been developed. The test of sample dissolving, interference of matrix and coexist elements were studied and the analytical conditions were optimized, the results were compared with the results of the ICP - AES. The recovery of the sample was in the range of 93.3% to 110% of FAAS, and the RSD 〈7.5%. This method is accurate and fast and can be used for products analysis.
