摘　　要：实验室实施信息管理系统(LIMS)是一项较为复杂的系统工程,其过程往往不是一帆风顺。项目管理是近几十年发展起来的一个管理学分支。在实施LIMS的过程中,运用项目管理的理论、方法,是LIMS成功实施的保证。To public the LIMS is a complicated system so the limitations of technology are still restricts the growing. Project（System） Management technology is a new area; it growing fast during these ten years. As one of the subject, the Laboratory Information Management Systems based on the theory of the System Management technology, and successfully extended it.
