摘　　要：构建虚拟物流联盟是我国中小物流企业的制胜之道。采取动态联盟的方式建立虚拟物流联盟可以形成规模经济.速度经济和网络高效性。通过需求分析、联盟成员选择、方案设计实施、动态管理四个步骤建立虚拟物流联盟。Virtual logistics alliance is the future development direction of the small-to-medium-scaled logistics enterprise in our country. Adopting the measure of dynamic state alliance can form the economics of scale, economics of speed and achieve the maximization of the social efficiency. And this paper gives a measure to establishing virtual logistics, which including four steps： analyzing demand, choosing member of the virtual logistics alliance, designing and completing scheme, dynamic management.
