摘  要:主要研究了锌银电池化成后几种不同处理方法对银电极性能的影响。包括将银电极常温自然晾干、50℃烘干、在氯化钾中浸泡后常温自然晾干、化成充电完成后保持一段时间后再清洗和常温自然晾干、在高温蒸馏水中浸泡后常温自然晾干。通过极化曲线测试、扫描电镜分析及实效放电等方法,分析了化成后不同处理方法对银电极性能的影响,主要包括高坪阶电压、放电容量、电极稳定性等,为锌银电池的银电极处理提供了技术贮备。The influence of the five treatment methods on the performance of silver electrodes for silver-zinc battery was studied. They were drying natural, drying at 50 ℃, dipping in KCI and then drying natural, remaining in KOH and then drying natural, remaining in water just below boiling point and then drying natural. A great deal of contrast experimentations were carried out, for example, polarization curve, the SEM analysis, actual discharging and so on. By these data, the influence of the different methods after formation on the performance of the silver electrodes was analyzed. The influence consisted with the plateau voltage, the cell capacity, the electrodes stability and so on. The technology knowledge about the treatment methods of silver electrodes after formation for Zn/AgO battery was provided.
