摘　　要：目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(ErbB4)和核蛋白抗原(Ki-67)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测了10例正常口腔黏膜组织和58例口腔鳞癌中的ErbB4和Ki-67的表达。结果ErbB4在正常口腔黏膜组织中未见表达,在口腔鳞癌中表达较强,阳性率为58.6%,与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移有相关性。Ki-67在正常口腔黏膜组织中未见表达,与临床分期、淋巴结转移无相关性,而与病理分级有关。相关分析显示口腔鳞癌中ErbB4的表达与Ki-67呈正相关。结论ErbB4和Ki-67的表达可作为评估和判断口腔鳞癌恶性潜能的重要参考指标。Objective To explore the expression and significance of epidermal growth factor receptor（ErbB4） and nucleoprotein antigen （Ki-67） in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）. Methods Expression of ErbB4 and Ki- 67 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 58 cases of OSCC and 10 cases of oral normal mucosa. Results Expression of ErbB4 in normal oral mucosa was hardly observed, while strong staining was seen in OSCC, positivity rate was 58.6%, was related to clinical stage, pathological grading and lymph node metastasis. Expression of Ki- 67 in normal oral mucosa was hardly observed , Ki-67 was not related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, it was related to pathological grading. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of ErbB4 and Ki-67 in OSCC. Conclusion The expression of ErbB4 and Ki-67 may serve as a significant predicting factor of malignant potential in OSCC.
