摘  要:本试验以湖南省澧县农康公司的维多利亚、红地球等3个欧亚种葡萄品种为试材,从2006年5月2日~8月29日每7d取样1次,对各品种在花序分化过程中冬芽的核酸含量进行测定;于2006年8月22日对每个品种进行逼发冬芽处理,以探明冬芽中核酸含量与花序分化的关系。结果表明,随着花序分化的进行,各品种冬芽核酸含量不断增加,且RNA含量远高于DNA含量。Three cultivars--Victoria, Red Globe and Ruby Seedless, which belong to V. Vinifera L. were used as materials. The nucleic acid contents of winter buds of different cultivars during inflorescence differentiation were measured every 7days from May 2^nd to August 29^th, 2006. In order to discover the relationship between nucleic acid contents and inflorescence differentiation of the winter buds, the treatment of inducing winter buds germination was conducted in August 22^nd, 2006. The results showed that the nucleic acid contents of the three cultivars were increasing in the process of inflorescence differentiation, and the RNA contents were much higher than the DNA contents.
