紫癜灵对小鼠抗炎止血和免疫抑制的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究紫癜灵对小鼠抗炎止血和免疫抑制作用。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管渗出,观察紫癜灵抗炎作用;对小鼠碳粒廓清速率的测定,观察紫癜灵对非特异性免疫功能的作用;测定鼠尾创伤出血时间。结果:紫癜灵对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀和醋酸所致小鼠腹腔染料渗出有显著的抑制作用;使小鼠碳粒廓清速率显著降低;使鼠尾创伤出血时间明显缩短。结论:紫癜灵具有显著的抗炎止血作用,对非特异性免疫有显著抑制作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Zidianling （ZDL） on anti-inflammatoyr hemostasia and immunosuppressive effects in mice. METHODS The anti-inflammatoyr actions of ZDL were observed on the models of xylene-induced auricular swelling,and celiac capillary permeability by acetic-acid in mice; the effect of the non-specific immunoregulatory function of ZDL in mice by mensurating the velocity of carbon expurgation; bleeding time was tested by the cutting tail in mice. RESULTS ZDL significantly inhibited the mice ear edema by xylene and celiac capillary permeability by acetic-acid ; it markedly debased the carbon clearance velocity. It also reduced the bleed time of the cutting tail in mice. CONCLUSION ZDL had significant effects on antiinflammation and hemostasia, and also had marked inhibition on the non-specific immunoregulatory function.
