摘 要:目的:确定黄藤素缓释片的制备工艺,并进行其释放特性的研究。方法:用f2因子法确定对黄藤素缓释片释放度影响较大的几个因素,用正交设计对黄藤素缓释片的处方进行筛选与优化,确定最佳处方,并应用多元线性回归法考察了影响因素与释放度之间的线性相关关系。结果:所制缓释片剂质量稳定,体外释放性能好,持续释药达12h,符合设计要求。结论:该片剂处方设计合理,工艺简单,适于工业化生产。ORIECTIVE To prepare sustained-release Palmatine tablets and evaluate its drug release property. METHODS The f2 similar factor was used to study the aspects that influence the dissolution rate of Palmatine sustained-release tablets. The optimal formulation and technology of the tablet were studied with orthogonal experiment design. RESULTS The drug re- lease coniplied with the requirement of the chinese China Pharmacopoeia (21)05) and the drug was sustained released in witro over 12 h. CONCLUSION The tablets play an important reale in prevention and treatment of antiinflammation as a result of its reasonable formulation and simple preparation technology.
