地黄中梓醇变化条件的探讨

摘　　要：地黄干燥、炮制后，经ＨＰＬＣ测定梓醇的含量明显降低。梓醇含量的变化与酸、碱性条件有关，而在水溶液中加热时间对其含量无明显改变。与单糖。HPLC determination has shown that the content of catapol in Rehmannia glutinosa decreases markedly after being dried and processed. This change of content is related to acidic and alkaline conditions. But in boiling water or saccharide solution no marked changes have been observed.
