小花雪胆化学成分的研究

摘　　要：从小花雪胆果实中分得９个化合物。经理化性质及光谱分析分别鉴定为雪胆甲素，雪胆乙素，葫芦素Ｆ２５乙酸酯，β谷甾醇，胡萝卜甙，β谷甾醇３Ｏ（６′软脂酰基）βＤ葡萄糖甙，软脂酸，十八碳烷醇，十六碳烷醇。其中β谷甾醇３Ｏ（６′软脂酰基）βＤ葡萄糖甙为首次从雪胆属植物中获得。Nine compounds were isolated from the fruits of Hemsleya graciliflora. They were identified as 25 acetate of dihydrocucurbitacin F(Ⅰ),dihydrocucurbitacin F(Ⅱ),cucurbitacin F 25 acetate(Ⅲ),sitostery1 3 O β D glucoside 6′ O palmitate(Ⅳ),daucosterol(Ⅴ),β sitosterol(Ⅵ),palmitic acid(Ⅶ),octodecyl acohol(Ⅷ)and hexadecanol(Ⅸ)on the basis of physical and chemical properties as well as spectral data. The compound(Ⅳ) is isolated from genus Hemsleya for the first time .
