摘 要:分析研究了Lyocell法竹纤维素纤维的结构与吸湿性能,并与黏胶法竹纤维素纤维及Lyocell法木纤维素纤维进行了比较。研究表明:Lyocell法竹纤维素纤维的截面形状接近圆形或椭圆形,表面光洁、无裂纹,与Lyocell法木纤维素纤维相似,明显不同于黏胶法竹纤维素纤维;其结晶度也和Lyocell法木纤维素纤维接近,均大于黏胶法竹纤维素纤维;其平衡回潮率及吸湿放湿速率较Lyocell法木纤维素纤维高,但低于黏胶法竹纤维素纤维。This paper analyses the structure and moisture absorption property of the Lyocell method based bamboo cellulose fiber,and compares the results with the viscose method based bamboo cellulose fiber and the Lyocell method based wood cellulose fiber.The research results show that the Lyocell method based bamboo cellulose fiber bears a nearly round or elliptic cross-section and a smooth and crackles surface,which is similar to that of the Lyocell method based wood cellulose fiber but obviously different from the viscose method based bamboo cellulose fiber;the crystallinity is near to the Lyocell method based wood cellulose fiber but bigger than that of the viscose method based bamboo cellulose fiber;the equilibrium moisture regain and the moisture regain and transfer rate is higher than that of Lyocell method based wood cellulose fiber but lower than that of the viscose method based bamboo cellulose fiber.
