摘　　要：文中介绍了能在80℃对针织物进行煮练与漂白的新助剂——练油精QR-2010、练碱剂QR-2011、低温漂必灵QR-2020。介绍了其基本原理、组分及使用方法,经其处理后用活性染料染色的品质与常规练漂工艺进行对比,采用该助剂处理后,织物的白度、染色鲜艳度、匀染性、织物强力、毛效、棉籽壳去除情况都超过常规工艺,且加工时间短、节能、节水、降低排污量。This paper introduces some new auxiliaries-refining oil agent QR-2010,refining alkali agent QR-2011 and low temperature Piao Bi Ling QR-2020,which can be applied in the scouring and bleaching process of knitted fabric at 80 ℃.In addition,this paper presents the basic principle,composition and usage of these auxiliaries.Compared to the conventional scouring and bleaching technology,the reactive dye with these auxiliaries can effectively improve the fabric's whiteness,dyeing vividness,level-dyeing property,strength,wool effect and removal of the cotton shell,and furthermore,the processing period is shortened and it can also save energy and water and decrease the discharge capacity.
