疏血通盐酸丁咯地尔治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法:椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者160例随机分为治疗组80例及对照组80例;治疗组予盐酸丁咯地尔150 mg加入0.9%生理盐水250 ml中联合疏血通8 mg加入0.9%生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,治疗10天。对照组予丹参30 ml加入0.9%生理盐水250 ml中联合脉络宁30 ml加入0.9%生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,治疗10天。全部病例治疗前后均做经颅多普勒(TCD)检查。结果:治疗后两组患者症状均有改善,但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组VA、BA血流速度较对照组明显增快(P<0.01)。结论:疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔是治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的有效药物。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of buflomedil hydrochloride combined with shuxuetong in treating vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar ischemia.Methods：160 patients with vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar ischemia were randomly divided into the treatment group （treated by combined injection of buflomedil hydrochloride and shuxuetong）and the control group （treated by combined injection of dansheng and mailuoning）.All patients received the examination of TCD.Results：The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of buflomedil hydrochloride combined with shuxuetong is better than that of dansheng combined with mailuoning in treating vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar isehemia.
