摘　　要：目的:探讨I期尿道成形术患儿围手术期的护理,减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。方法:对532例临床患儿的治疗护理回顾性总结。结果:532例中,治愈379例(71.2%),发生尿瘘137例(25.8%),其他并发症16例(3.0%)。结论:术前做好心理护理和术前准备,术后加强尿管护理,伤口和疼痛的观察护理,进食合理的饮食,保持大便通畅和皮肤完整,注重拔管后排尿的观察、指导,强调出院指导,能有效促进伤口愈合,提高手术成功率。Objective：to study the nursing care of perioperative peveod in children with hypospadias,so as to reduce the occurrence of eomplocation and improve the success rate of operation.Methods：A retrospective study was made in 532 sick children.Results：Of 532 eases of hypospadias,379 eases were cured accounting for 71.2%,137 cases developed urinary fistula account ofr 25.8%,16 cases had the other different complications account for 3.0%.Conclusion：Making the preoperative mental nuring and preparation well,strengthening the postoperative nursing care of urinary tube and wound as well as the observation of pain,taking rational diet,keeping stool unobstruetion and skin integrigy,observing the condition of emiction after extubation carefully and enhancing the guidance after discharge could improve the success rate of this operation and promote the healing of wound effectively.
