摘　　要：宁波海曙区酒吧数量增势迅猛,酒吧业刑事、治安案件主要包括涉黑、涉黄、涉财、涉暴、涉毒等五类案件,也呈上升发展态势。公安机关对酒吧业的治安管理面临着名分、政策、管理三方面的困惑。在加强海曙区酒吧业的治安管理中,需要在联席执法、行业协会、保安联动、专项整治等四个方面的工作中寻求突破。除此之外,还要着重强调依法治吧以及相关部门的密切配合。The number of Ningbo Haishu bars is increasing rapidly . The cases for criminal , social security are mainly five kinds concerning secret society, prostitution ,money ,violence and narcotics ,which is also increasing. Social security administration for the bars in public security organs is faced with three embrrassing ways on personj s status ,policy and administration. Among the administration of strengthening Haishu bars , It needs a breakthrough in joint enforcing law ,trade association ,united safety ,special renovation , besides ,It must focus on administration bars according to the law together with closely match with brotherly unities.
