摘  要:研究了低温常压条件下,粉煤灰提铝渣的酸浸除铁过程。结果表明:在相同的条件下,与硫酸和硝酸相比,盐酸除铁效果较好。并详细讨论了盐酸除铁过程中反应温度、盐酸浓度、反应时间、液固比等因素对除铁效果的影响,得到了最佳反应条件,即在80℃、HCl浓度为6mol/L、液固比为6∶1、反应2h时除铁效果最佳。The technology for iron removal from fly ash residues by acid leaching under the conditions of low temperature and atmospheric pressure was studied. The test results show that compared with the sulfuric acid and nitric acid, the removal efficiency of iron in hydrochloric acid is so much the beetter. The factors that influence the removal efficiency of iron in hydrochloric acid, such as reaction temperature, acid concentration, leaching time, liquid-tosolid ratio are discussed in detail. The optimal technological conditions determined by tests are as follows:temperature is 80℃ ,hydrochloric acid concentration is 6mol/L,liquid-to-solid ratio is 6:1 ,leaching time is 2h.
