摘  要:碱激发粉煤灰产生胶凝材料的过程中起胶凝作用的是硅铝酸凝胶,它是碱与粉煤灰中的硅、铝质反应时产生的。凝胶首先在小颗粒表面形成,并随着反应的进行其数量逐步增加,最后相互胶联、聚合,形成密实的胶凝材料。粉煤灰胶凝材料的质量,不仅与粉煤灰组成有关,还受到碱的种类、碱量、粉煤灰粒度和反应条件等因素的影响。In the process of the alkali activates fly ash to produce the cementitious materials, the aluminosilicate gel plays a cementitious role, it is produced during the course of alkali reacts with fly ash. The gel grows on the surface of smaller ground particles first, and its quanity is increased gradually with reaction progress, finally it crosses linking mutually and condensation, and forms the compacted cementitious material. The quality of fly ash cementitious materials not only have something to do with the composition of fly ash, but also can be affected by some factors, such as alkali species and its quanity, granularity of fly ash and reaction condition, etc.
