摘　　要：目的探讨马钱苷对大鼠前脂肪细胞增殖与分化的影响。方法原代培养大鼠前脂肪细胞,以四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)方法检测马钱苷对大鼠前脂肪细胞增殖的影响;以酶组织化学提取法检测其对大鼠前脂肪细胞分化过程中磷酸甘油脱氢酶(GPDH)的影响;以油红O染色方法检测其对大鼠前脂肪细胞分化过程中细胞内脂肪积聚的影响。结果8,16,32μmol/L的马钱苷能够促进大鼠前脂肪细胞的增殖,抑制其分化过程中GPDH的升高和脂肪积聚,作用呈明显量效关系。结论马钱苷具有促进大鼠前脂肪细胞增殖,抑制大鼠前脂肪细胞分化的作用。Objective To investigate the influence of loganin on proliferation and differentiation of rat preadipocytes. Methods Rat preadipocytes were cultured. The proliferation of rat preadipoeytes was detected by MTT method. The expression of GPDH during the preadipoeytes differentiation was determined by using enzyme tissue chemical way, and the accumulation of cellular lipid was determined by Oil Red O staining. Results Loganin at the concentrations of 8, 16, 32 μmol/L stimulated rat preadipocyte proliferation, inhibited GPDH increase and lipid accumulation during differentiation in a concentration - dependent manner. Conclusion Loganin can stimulate rat preadipocyte proliferation, inhibite rat preadipocyte differentiation.
