摘 要:在低温条件(≤9℃)下,对实验室已有降解有机污染物的12种菌进行对比实验,筛选出3种降解六六六的有效菌,同时利用正交试验确定了3种单菌的最佳降解条件,并在同一条件(pH=6.5,碳氮源为0.8 g/L NH4Cl和0.6 g/L KH2PO4)下,将驯化后的3种单菌按C32和C33组合,进行复合菌的降解效果实验.结果表明,C33组合后的复合菌对六六六的降解效率均高于单菌和C32组合后的复合菌,且最高降解率发生在1号菌、2号菌和3号菌的投加量之比为1∶5∶3时,达到63.27%.At a low temperature ( ≤9 ℃), comparison experiments of 12 original strains of degrading organic pollutants were made in the laboratory. The highest degradation rate was got when the incubation amounts of 1st stain, 2nd stain and 3rd were at the ratio of 1 : 5 : 3, which was 63.27%.
