超声检查在总胆管下端阻塞性病变中的意义(附76例报告)

摘　　要：本文总结76例经临床及病理证实的总胆管下端阻塞性病变的超声检查。结果总胆管下端结石51例为最常见，恶性肿瘤19例次之．超声定位、定性诊断准确率分别为82．9％（63／76）和65．8％（50／76）。对超声误诊原因和如何进一步合理选择其它影像诊断进行了讨论。Seventy -six patients with obstructive diseases of inferior segment of common bile duct were examined by ultrasonography. The result shows that the stones in inferior segment, 51cases altogether, are most common. 19 cases with permpullar carcinoma are in the .second placel All of these are proved by clinical and pathology. The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasonography was 82. 9% (63/76).Furthermore,the causes of misdiagnosis and how select other imaging diagnosis rea-soably were discussed in this paper.
