摘　　要：知识管理在企业的应用已经很长时间了,但对政府知识管理的研究却还不多见。知识管理对知识型政府的建立、政府流程再造、官僚体制改革、行政人员个人知识管理、政府知识创新等诸多方面都具有很重要的作用。It has been long for the application of knowledge management to enterprise, but it is seldom seen for the government to study knowledge management.
