摘  要:利用来自北寒带玉米的特早熟材料、热带玉米的保绿抗病材料和温带玉米的高配合力材料3种不同地理远缘种质,采用逐步导入法,获得了2个供温带特早熟玉米育种利用的优良基础种质群体,育成了99-5,H02-14等一批优良自交系;利用超低温处理和抗低温灌浆选择方法,创育了在16~17℃低温下灌浆速率高的自交系99-3,H02-86,并选育出极早单2号、极早单13号杂交种,通过审定并应用于生产。With the eatra - early germplasm from the north frigid zone, tropical early germplasm with good disease resistance and temperate lines with high GCA, two elite extra - early populations were synthesized for further improvement through the stepwise introduction method,and several elite inbred lines, such as 99 -5 and H02-14 were developed. After super low temperature treatment and selection for high grain filling rate in low temperature, several inbred lines, such as 99 - 3 and H02-86, which owned higher grain filling rate in 16- 17 ℃, a single hybrid with extra - early maturity, Jizaodan 2 had been approved in the new variety evaluation trails at provincial levels and popularized in the production.
