摘 要:通过固相反应,制备了NiFe2O4陶瓷粉末.经XRD分析,由产物的衍射线位置和强度对比,得出烧结温度与保温时间对NiFe2O4陶瓷粉末的合成有重要影响.结果表明:当恒温时间为2 h时,随着烧结温度从973 K升高到1 423 K,NiFe2O4粉末的质量百分含量从35.85%增至99.97%.当烧结温度为1 273 K时,随着恒温时间从2 h延长至6 h,NiFe2O4粉末的质量百分含量从75.8%增至99.91%.提出了适当的延长保温时间和提高烧结温度对NiFe2O4陶瓷粉末的合成非常有利.NiFe2O4 spinel power was fabricated in the solid state reaction. Analysing it with power X-ray diffraction(XRD) and comparing it in diffraction location and intensity, we confirmed that the production of NiFe2O4 spinel power was affected by constant temperature time and sintering temperature observably. The results indicated that with sintering temperature arising from 973K to 1 423K, the molar percent of NiFe2O4 spinel power got higher from 35.85 to 99.97 when constant temperature time was 2h. Furthermore,the molar percent of NiFe2O4 spinel power rose from 75.8 to 99.91 with constant temperature time from 2h to 6h when sintering temperature was 1 273K. The research showed that it was favorable to synthesize NiFe2O4 spinel power with a prolonged constant temperature time and a higher sintering temperature.
