经心外膜心房迷宫式射频消融心房纤颤

摘　　要：目的：探讨经心外膜迷宫式射频消融治疗心房外颤的可行性。方法：6例风心病会共房颤患者在瓣膜置换术或分离术的同时分别环行消融左右心耳根部及其间横窦、上下胜静脉之间及右房前壁和冠状窦。结果：6例患者本后均恢复窦性心律。术后随访为12～20个月，除1例房颤复发外，余均维持窦性心律。结论：本方法可以达到治疗房颤的目的。This study is focused on the feasiblity of perepicardial radiofrequency maze procedure of atrium for the treatment of chronic atrial fibillation. The study involves 6 cases of rheumatic heart disease with chronic atrial fibrillation. After mitral valular replacement or commisurotomy, the artrial perepicardial radiofrequency maze procedure was performed around the roots of left and right atria, in the transverse sinus, in the upper and lower vena cava and right atrial antierior wall as well as in the coranary sinus wall. After radiofrequency maze procedure all patients were restored to sinus rhythm and 12 - 20 months' follow-up indicated that atrial fibrillation reoccured to only one of the 6 patients at their 8th month. Thus it is concluded that radiofrequency maze procedure of atrium can be reasonably advisable for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
