摘  要:采用水-溶剂低热合成方法,通过分子设计合成了一种三聚磷酸钠(STPP)的环氧官能团化杂化树脂(PEHRs),通过分离与提纯,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)、FT-IR、DSC等对杂化材料的结构和热性能进行了初步的表征研究。结果发现,产物是一类结构中既有Me-O-P键构成的线性骨架,又有以P-O-C共价键形式结合的网络结构的新型杂化树脂。其物性特征为透明凝胶状,可溶于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,软化点为75 ̄85℃,加热可以熔融,拉伸可以发生取向,并采用甲基纳迪克酸酐(MNA)等固化剂对PEHRs进行固化,杂化树脂的合成和固化的实现表明其具有很高的研究价值和应用前景。In this field, designed structural formula, the synthesis of sodium tripolyphosphate epoxy-functionalized hybrid resins (PEHRs)was used by water-solvent at low-temperature. By separation and purification,the study of structure and thermal behavior of PEHRs was used by thin-layer chromatography(TLC),FT-IR,DSC. The results show that the structure of PEHRs is both containing Me-O-P line skeleton and P-O-C net-structure by covalent bond. The physical property of PEHRs is hyaline gelatum, dissolving N, N-dimethyl formamide, the softening point is 75-85 ℃ ,melted by high temperature and orientated by tension. All the properties are indicated that PEHRs has physical property of polymer. PEHRs was cured by MNA at a curing process. The synthesis and cured of PEHRs is indicated that the study on organo-functionalized hybrids resins,as one of the direction in the material science, is drawing more and wider attention.
