摘　　要：运用多元回归理论，根据1990-2004年的年度数据，构建了湛江市海洋产业的总产值的预测模型，并利用MATLAB数学软件求解了预测模型，有效和系统地分析与预测了湛江未来海洋经济的发展趋势．This article utilizes multi-return theory according to 1990--2004 years＇ annual data to construct the forecast model of total output price for sea industry in Zhanjiang. It also calculates the forecast model, by using the mathematics software, and analyzes and pedicts the development tendency of oceanic economy in Zhanjiang.
