多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的中西医结合疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妈富隆配合补肾活血祛痰中药方剂的治疗方案在多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)伴不孕患者中的疗效。方法:对38例PCOS伴不孕患者于治疗前检测其相关的生殖激素(FSH、LH、PRL、T),通过妈富隆结合补肾活血祛痰中药治疗后复查激素水平,根据基础体温(BBT)、B超监测卵泡发育及排卵状况,指导同房。结果:治疗后患者异常的激素相恢复正常,LH、T水平治疗前后差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。自然妊娠率达68.41%。结论:妈富隆结合补肾活血祛痰中药方剂治疗PCOS伴不孕患者具有明显疗效。Objective： To approach into the effectiveness of the infertility induced by polyeystie ovary syndrome （PCOS） cured with integrated Chinese - Western medicine. Methods： The levels of serum FSH, LH, PRL and T were detected from 38 patients with infertility induced by PCOS before and after co - treatment using Chinese traditional herbal and Marvelon. The coital time of the patients were guided according to the status of follicular development and ovulation monitored by BBT and B ultrasonic examinations. Results： The levels of genial hormones of the cured patients were returned to normal, and showed significantly different results before and after the treatment. The ratio of nature pregnancy reached 68. 41%. Conclusion： It has a significant therapeutic effect in the infertility induced by PCOS using tonilying kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm, the prescription of Chinese herbal medicine combined with Marvelon.
