三联外治法治疗早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎1522例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:将特高频理疗、电动吸乳和乳腺按摩外治疗法结合起来,作为三联外治法为主的治疗方案,检测其对于早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎的治疗效果。方法:对2004年5月～2005年5月期间收治的1522例早期哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者采用该三联方案,3天为一疗程,治疗1～2个疗程。对其中红肿明显、高热或白细胞升高的患者,配合敏感抗生素治疗。结果:治愈1514例(99.47%),脓肿形成8例(0.53%)。结论:此三联方案治疗效果显著、简便易行、费用低、病人痛苦小,具有临床推广价值。Objective： To establish an external triple - therapy mainly composed of ultra - high frequency physical therapy, electric milk - aspiration and breast massage, and to evaluate its clinical value on acute lactation mastiffs. Methods： From March 2004 to March 2005, this external triple - therapy wre used in 1 522 cases in hospital patients with acute lactation mastitis. Each patient received 1 - 2 therapy periods of treatment and each therapy period consisted of 3 to 5 days. Moreover, patients with high temperature and elevated WBC counts were given sensitive antibiotic therapy in addition to the external triple - therapy. Results： 1 514 eases of patients were cured, and only 8 cases of patients formed abscess. Conclusion： This external triple - therapy method is worthy of recommendation since it is more effective and less painful in addition to being simple, feasible and cheap.
