摘　　要：空气泡沫钻进技术已广泛地应用于地质钻探,作为冲洗冷却介质的泡沫,总量是可变的,其组分压缩空气与泡沫剂的比率也是可变的,总量和组分比率的可变性导致空气和泡沫剂的注入量很难按要求控制.采用坐标图设计法,将两种变量限定,直观显示出空气和泡沫剂的注入量范围,从而达到方便控制空气、泡沫剂注入量的目的,有效解决了钻探问题.The air foam drilling technology are widely used in the geological exploration. The whole volume of the foam which are used as the washing cooling media is changeable, and the composition of compressed air and foam agent are also changeable. The above variable factors result the difficulty to control the compressed air and foam agent. The coordinate design method which by limiting the volume and composition of the air and showing directly their inpouring range could achieve conveniently the above goals and solve effectively the problem of drilling.
