摘 要:金钼集团节能种类排序为:原煤、电力、柴油、天然气。2006年4类能源总量约占公司能源消耗总量的97.68%,其中原煤占47.09%,电力占39.27%。节煤摆在节能的第一位置,节电则摆在降耗增效的首要位置。在现有工艺条件,以最少停产时间、尽量不影响生产系统稳定的情况下,挖掘节电降耗潜力,是完成近期节电降耗目标,取得一定经济效益和社会效益的务实工作。要实现节能长远规划目标,工艺流程改进应当纳入考察调研之中,尾矿输送、排废堆积方式等工艺宜做为首选调研对象。The order of energy conservation in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Co. , Ltd ( JDCMMC ) is crude fuel, electric power, diesel furl and natural gas. In 2006, the consumption of the four kinds of energies is 97.86% of the total flow in JDCMMC ( crude fuel 47.09% and electric power 39.27% ). Naturally, saving the crude fuel is on the first place of the energy conservation and power saving is the counterpart in cutting down the consumption of energy and increasing the efficiency. Under the existing technological conditions, releasing the potential with the minimum downtime and impact of the product system will yield good economic returns and benefit our society. For fax - reaching designs, the improving of technical process should be considered, and the tailing transportation and the waste product stacking should be top -priority.
