中药对去势兔骨代谢影响的骨形态计量学研究

摘　　要：运用骨形态计量学观察中药（骨松Ⅱ号）．对雌兔切除卵巢诱导骨质疏松症实验模型的影响，并与尼尔雌醇治疗进行对照。结果显示：骨松Ⅱ号能增加成骨细胞数量．产生较多骨基质，使兔骨质疏松症模型的骨代谢恢复正平衡，达到防治骨质疏松症的目的，其作用在一定程度上优于尼尔雌醇。We assessed the effects of Chinese herb on the ovariectomized New Zealand white rabbits histomorphometrically, and compared the effects with those of nylestriol. It indicated that Gusongfl can stimulate the recruitment and/or generate of osteoblasts to produce more bone matrixes, which enhanced the bone turnover of OVX rabbits to a positive balance. This effect may be superior to that of nylestriol to some extent.
