血友病性骨假瘤12例报告

摘　　要：自1979年5月～1995年5月收治血友病性骨假瘤12例，其中血友病A9例，B3例。患者均系男性，年龄8～35岁。病变位于骼骨3例．股骨1例、大腿软组织假瘤累及股骨1例、指骨三例、跖骨1例、上颌窦2例、下颌骨1例、颅骨1例，另1例同时累及同侧掌骨和骰骨。X线骨内出血表现为囊性膨胀性破坏及骨外的软组织肿块。对其中9例施行了手术治疗（大腿高位截肢1例、截指1例、假瘤局部切除7例），其余3例作了保守治疗，所有病例均获得了较满意的治疗效果。Twelve cases of hemophilic pseudotumor were hospitalized in our hospital from May 1979 to May 1995,among which there were 9 cases in hemophilia A and 3cases in hemophilia B.All patients were male,age from 8 to 35 years old. Three cases of pseudotumor occurred at ilia,one at femur,one at thigh,one at finger,one at metatarsal, 2 at maxillary sinuses,one at maxilla inferior,one at skull and the another one at metacarpal and cuboides. X-ray examination showed intraosseous bleeding with cystiform expansion and destruction of the bone and expansion of extraosseous soft tissue.Amputation was performed in 2 cases,local excision of hemophilic pseudotumor was performed in 7 cases,conservative management was treated in 3 cases.All of the 12 cases were had satisfactory results.
