摘  要:开玛系统(计算机辅助即时监测给药系统)揭示的出血性休克家兔对间羟胺反应表现为3种类型:下降型、上升型和迟钝型。这是在实验完成后分析记录的剂量得出的。该研究设计了实时分析系统,目的是在治疗期间尽早地对实验家兔的区应进行自动分型。计算机是每秒监测250次血压信号;每2.5s显示所给的药量.因此才有可能根据血压和药量的变化(斜率或一阶导数)以及二阶导数(斜率的变化)对各家兔执行自动分型,这种算法由开玛系统执行。实验结果说明对动物的自动分型是有效的.它可指导我们采取不同的治疗方案。血压反应和血乳酸的浓度均证明治疗获得成功,山莨若碱试用于逆转上升型动物也得到成功。因此.借助于开玛系统才有可能预测机体的治疗反应的状况,必要时可以采取措施纠正视体的不良反应。The CAIMA system (Computer Assisted Instant Monitoring drug Administration)can reveal the 3 responses to Metaraminol (MET) in hemorrhagic shock rabbits, at the end of eoperinzents when all the dose records were analysed. A real- time analysing system was designed in order to effectuate an automatic classification of the eoperimental rabbits' resPonses during early stag of treatment. BP was monitored 250 times per second by the computer and the necessary dose to be administered was printed every 2.5s. It was therefore possible to use these collected data to make a trend of the doses (slope or the first derivative), and hence a second derivative (variation of the slope)combined with the BP status to make an automatic tvping of the individual rabbits. The necessary alerrithm was written and inserted in the CAIMA system. This classification was put in effect, to direct the respective experimental treatment. Both the BP response and the blood concentration of lactic acid proved the treatment was highly successlul. Anisodamine uas tried to reverse the climbing type with good success. It uas concluded that uith the help of CAIMA, it would be possible to predict the therapeutic response and within certain extent, to take some measures to correct the individual responses if necessary.
