大功率DBD型臭氧发生器电源的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种用于臭氧发生器工业装置的供电电源。给出了电源的主电路、控制电路和驱动电路设计过程。电源主电路由IGBT构成的H桥式电路组成;控制电路由集成锁相环CD4046构成;驱动电路采用了智能集成驱动器2SD315A。设计出的臭氧发生器电源能满足大功率臭氧发生装置的要求,装置现场运行稳定可靠。A power supply for industry ozone generator is introduced in this paper.The main circuit of the power supply together with the control circuit and the driving circuit is preseted.The main circuit consists of H bridge circuit based on IGBT,the controller is composed of intergrated phase locked loop CD 4046 and the driving circuit is realized by intelligent intergrated driving modul 2SD315A.The power supply for ozone generator proposed in this paper can meet the demands of high power ozone generator.The field operation of the power supply is steady and reliable.
