摘　　要：介绍了PLC控制的大型龙门刨床交流变频无级调速系统的性能特点;采用能量回馈方法,实现了系统的快速制动,节省了能源;提出了龙门刨变频调速主传动最大切削功率及回馈能量的计算方法。在现场运行中取得了良好的效果。This paper introduces the characteristic of the AC speed regulation system of the large-scale gantry planer and realizes the fast-braking of the main transmission system with a feed-brake device.In this way,energy has been saved. The calculation method of the maximum of the cutting-efficiency and the feedback-energy has been advanced.The new method attains good effect in the process of producing.
