摘　　要：研制了一台以TMS320F240型DSP为核心的数字化TIG焊机。通过DSP片内PWM模块编程产生驱动脉冲,并由前后级驱动电路驱动IGBT,以得到理想的输出电流。保护电路保护焊机不受过流、过热、过欠压的损坏。检测采样电路实时检测电流值并传递给DSP。DSP运用PI控制算法得到TIG的恒流特性。在此给出系统软件流程图。实验证明焊机具有电路简单,控制容易,工作可靠,易升级等特点。A digital IGBT inverter multifunctional TIG welding machine based on DSP is developed,which adopts DSP-TMS320F240 as a core of the control system.PWM module of TMS320F240 is programmed to drive the IGBT bythe former and the latter drive cireuit.A corresponding protecting and alarm circuit is designed to keep the welding machine from over/lower voltage,over-current, over-heat.The current is sampled by Hall sensor and a current feedback control system is designed.The system soft flow chart is showed.The experiments show that this system has sample cireuit,operates conveniently, and works stably, update easily which meets the respecting requirements.
