摘 要:将新型四开关三相高功率因数变换器用于数字化电镀电源,解决了由高压大电容滤波而导致的输入功率因数低,谐波分量大的缺点。采用DSP完成数据的采集和A/D转换,DSP经控制算法计算决定脉冲宽度;通过CPLD输出到驱动电路,控制IGBT的导通和关断。在仿真分析的基础上,对电镀电源系统进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,四开关的功率因数校正效果明显;谐波分量在两开关为2%的基础上又下降了0.9%。In this paper,a novel three-phase power factor correction converter which has four switches is applied in digitalization plating power source,and it resolves the defaults of the low power factor and high harmonics caused by the primary capaeitor.DSP is applied in the system to complete date collection and A/D conversion,and the pulses width are controlled by arithmetic in the DSP.Then the signal reachs to CPLD and the pulses are given to driving circuits in order to control the IGBTs.An experiment is done to verify the characters of the plating power source based on simulation and analysis.The experimental results showed the PFC effectiveness of four switohs is obvious and harmonic component has decreased 0.9% more than two switchs whose harmonic component is 2%.
