海洛因依赖患者心率变异性临床分析

摘　　要：通过对86例海洛因依赖患者与89例对照组进行全程24小时动态心电图检查,并进行了心率变异性时域和频域分析对比。发现海洛因依赖患者组SDNN、SDANN、SDNNI、rMSSD、PNN50降低,LF、HF也降低,LF/HF增大,差异有显著性意义(p值<0.05),HRV直方图有特征性变化。其中HRV能较直观地反映海洛因依赖患者的交感神经及迷走神经的功能失衡,且稳定性、重复性及敏感性较好。因此,HRV分析是一种为临床早期发现海洛因依赖患者心脏自主神经功能异常的较好方法。Through a 24 - hour dynamic ECG check of 86 heroin addicts and 89 normal subjects and analytical comparison of the time and frequency domains of heart rate variability, we find that SDNN. SDANN. SDNNI. RMSSD and PNN50, as well as LF and HF, are significantly lower and LF/HF is significantly higher in patients than those in normal subjects （ p 〈0. 05 ）. And HRV has a characteristic change. HRV can directly reveal that whether the sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve of the heroin addicts have lost the functional balance. Furthermore, HRV has a good stability and sensibility and can be used repeatedly. Therefore, HRV analysis is a good way for clinical diagnoses to find whether the heart autonomous nerve system of the heroin addicts is functionally abnormal in an early stage.
